Shipping Policy:

 

Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, shipping and handling is complimentary. This means that there is no additional charge for these services, and free shipping is included with your order.

 

COD orders: There is an additional charge for cash on delivery orders. This policy applies throughout India.

 

Order processing: At our company, we prioritize quickly fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed.Typically, we are able to send your order to our delivery partner within one to two business days, which are Monday through Saturday. We strive to provide efficient service to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner.

 

Delivery Time: While we typically aim to deliver orders within 4-5 days, there may be circumstances that may cause delays such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, remote locations, or stock availability issues. Don't worry though, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery through a unique tracking link that will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order is in the hands of our delivery partner. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary in these situations.

 

Return Policy:

 

  1. Return Window: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
  2. Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Return Process: Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to our company address. The Courier Pickup Service is subject to availability in your area pin-code.
  4. Delivery Charges: A ₹125 delivery charge applies to all returns. For exchanges, a ₹175 delivery charge applies.
  5. Exchange Policy: Unlimited exchanges are available.
  6. Return Confirmation: For all returned orders, a coupon code/store credit will be provided within 5 business days on your registered email address/contact number.
  7. Damaged/Used Items: We cannot process a return or exchange for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  8. Please Note: Only store credits/coupons are issued in case of refunds.

A) Yes, you can request a refund for a COD order. If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a coupon code that can be used for future purchases.

 

Q)Are there any fees associated with exchanges?

A) Yes, delivery and handling fees of INR 150-175 will be applied to exchange orders based on your location.

Q)How do I report a defective product? 

A)If you have received a defective product, please send us images of the product at support [@]paredenim.com or via WhatsApp at +919372692038. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up within 2-3 days of your request, and the product will undergo a thorough quality check. If the product passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process within 72 hours.
