Shipping Policy:

 

Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, shipping and handling is complimentary. This means that there is no additional charge for these services, and free shipping is included with your order.

 

COD orders: There is an additional charge for cash on delivery orders. This policy applies  throughout India.

 

Order processing: At our company, we prioritize quickly fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed.Typically, we are able to send your order to our delivery partner within one to two business days, which are Monday through Saturday. We strive to provide efficient service to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner.

 

Delivery Time: While we typically aim to deliver orders within 4-5 days, there may be circumstances that may cause delays such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, remote locations, or stock availability issues. Don't worry though, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery through a unique tracking link that will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order is in the hands of our delivery partner. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary in these situations.

 

Return Policy:

 

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 3 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition, unaltered and with all tags and packaging intact. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. 
  2. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  3. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  4. Please make sure to handle the items with care and to send them back in the same condition you received them in.
  5. For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
  6. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. 
  7. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

Q)Can I request a refund for a COD order?

A) Yes, you can request a refund for a COD order. If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a coupon code that can be used for future purchases.

Q)How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

 A)For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided within 5 working days of the return pickup. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7 days and the amount will be shown in your bank account.

Q)Are there any fees associated with exchanges?

A) Yes, delivery and handling fees of INR 100-150 will be applied to exchange orders based on your location.

Q)How do I report a defective product? 

A)If you have received a defective product, please send us images of the product at support@paredenim.com or via WhatsApp at +919372692038. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up within 2-3 days of your request, and the product will undergo a thorough quality check.
